According to the Prophecy given to this man, Philadelphia will be the focal point that will determine all the other states. The door will be wide open for all to see, undeniable evidence. So I do not think it will be determined by recounts but overturned because of corruption in not following the proper guidelines in counting the votes.
So the Revelation scripture re Philadelphia gives some parallels to what is going to happen, not to the church but to the city and country. I think it is accurate and it won't be long till we find out.
