Is running a recount thru the same machines different than handling the original vote?

If so, shouldn’t a recount rectify it?
seems a hand recount should definitely rectify it.

Shouldn’t be, but the young female whistleblower on Redpill78 yesterday reported that many batches were run through several times without discarding the previous runs. (She was actually painful to listen to, but her statements rang of truth - TBD.)

Oversight on a recount should prevent this.

Machine recounts should be done, just to see if they come up with the exact same number. Why wouldn’t they? Hmmm?

I agree with you that a hand recount is necessary, but it needs to accompany an audit.
