“Wow. This is another Article I, Section 4 violation where the GA governor and SoS altered GA voting law — something only the Legislature is Constitutionally authorized to do.
SCOTUS may very well find GA like PA equally guilty of unconstitutional conduct as Alito States in his opinion. With ACB on the bench we may see a 5-4 (or 6-3) ruling to this effect compelling the GA Legislature to empanel electors based on valid ballots.”
