Anybody want to guess what he means by this?...
It ... IT ... He’s trolling the lowly IT people who helped out on the scam. My guess is it’s an invitation for them to come in from the cold before it’s too late.

Methinks there have been a lot of lowly IT people who have been lurking in the shadows around the Clintons, the DNC, the Congress and more like the Awans and the one that set up the bathroom server. A bunch of spies, all of them! Or, I should say, IT infrastructure staff seems like a good place to insert a spy. Not to cast aspersions on the 188% of system administrators who perform heroically under the harshest conditions. Disclaimer: I was an SA for 30 years.
