1. A case with Dominion goes to the USSC.
2. USSC makes a ruling binding on Dominion's voting hardware and software.
3. All the states that used Dominion equipment and software, have to comply.
If states can not, refuse to, or try to avoid complying, it goes to the state Legislatures to pick the electors. When most (all?) of the states having issues have Republican control of the state Senate and House.
The news can complain all it wants. On the local and state level, the Democrats will have burned bridges with Republicans from Washington DC to the local dog catcher and every elected and appointed office in between.
I’m quite tired of people using TV displays for actual vote counts. and file transfers between systems. Does the TV network get a feed from each dominion ballto counting machine?
I think the Dominion folks did this SO CALLED up grade to these machines per our INTEL department they are probably afraid of going to jail for a federal offense I WOULD BE!! These software people have NO SKIN in this game!!

Good luck with SCOTUS. Biden has 4 solid liberals there in Roberts and the 3 Democrats. Trump would have to run the table and I don’t see that happening. Kavanaugh in particular is quite suspect.

I’m hopeful but I question.
Rudy announced it on Bannon’s show but Lin Wood couldn’t be pinned down to this on Howie’s show.
Rudy has said there are 3 witness but 50 unnamed that he can bring forward.
Why wouldn’t bring forward all 53 now?
It’s not like there’s a bunch of time.
There are many great people working on this, including Levin’s wife, so I remain hopeful but still question.
