It looks like a threat. Trump may declassify a lot of data. She may be telling Mitch that there are bad things that will hurt many people.

McConnell has been backing Trump’s legal challenges and stated the President is entitled to continue. I wonder if Haspel is explaining what she has in McConnell’s file if he doesn’t urge Trump to concede?
