Not only do I resemble that remark...I have been in more Foreign ports than I can spell.
What I really take offence at is the phrase:
“That Senator (or other Government Official) is spending money like ‘a Drunken Sailor’!”
I’ll have you know...I was a Sailor, been drunk in Holy Lock, been Drunk in Hong Kong, been drunk in Rota Spain, been drunk in the bario outside of Subic Bay. Yet, every time that I ran out of my own money...I QUIT SPENDING IT!!!!!
