My question is how many GOP Chairmen have the technical expertise to certify anything. Chances are she wouldn't even know what questions to ask in order to give a qualified certification. There needs to be a national standard developed and an audit performed for all future certifications and performed by an indenpendently-hired team.

The 2-minute demo of obtaining admin rights to a voting machine and the reports of some of the vote tally machines connected to the internet is beyond obscene.
