Autists (autistics) are what 4chan users sometimes refer to themselves as.
Usually referring to members/posters that do deep dive internet sleuthing.
It is loosely based on the idea/joke/meme that you would have to be on the spectrum of autism to engage in such focused/OCD behavior.
