Basically it's saying that there was connection to the Internet, with the traffic flow patterns showing:
1) Blocked IP on Same Subnet: An IP that is known to be banned (a device) was on the same block of IP addresses that the communication occurred on.
2) Malicious IP on Same Subnet: An IP that wasn't blocked, but is identified as malicious (a device) was able to listen in.
3) Looks like the traffic was calling URL's and communicating data through API's (probably JSON based). Bad news durning a live election.
4) There was a URL associated with the DarkNet. This could be an attack vector - or it could be the company attempting to hide their communication (most likely this).
5) SSL certificate - traffic was encrypted. If this is actually true - then the elections in all counties of all states using Dominion Voting Systems are invalid.
Cut and dried.
