I don't think there is a Constitutional authority to order a revote, especially when the sides have been declared.

The only option is to decertify the elections and let the affected state legislatures exercise their Article II Section 1 power to choose Electors.

Correct...

There is NO direct election of President... The people vote for electors ONLY because the state legislature allows it. if that vote should be invalidated, then the state legislature would not have enough time to organize a revote... they would have to decide for themselves which slate of electors are sent.
