The Spectator article, read aloud and separately linked, says they have an independent source verifying the story.
That source says the CIA was kept out of it...

The judge in Arizona refusing to “seal” the evidence might well preclude the government providing evidence they do have, but cannot allow to be made public... yet.
Brennan’s extreme TDS episode in the wake of Esper’s firing... tied to risk Trump might declassify everything...
