My last posted noted “thefts of government property” as an issue. Continuing my search for things Scytl related, and another instance of the Obama era “exfiltration” of government created software popped up, also linking it to Scytl and to its use in the elections in Ukraine...

They’re spying on you... and now they’re using what they learn to try to feed you what they think works to control you... not just advertising... controlling information flow.
