Will the legislatures of the 50 states allow themselves to be converted into the rubber-stamp fictions that empower rogue executives to govern as they will ?

Or, will they require the Court to recognize and follow the law and the Constitution... while refusing the Court that usurpation of power that puts it above the Constitution and the core interest of the people when engulfed in conflict... by disallowing the court from choosing to refuse its duty.

I’ve not begun thinking more... about what it should say... how to craft it... but consider it not only worth doing, but obviously necessary... if the nation is to avoid tyranny.

The same issue in aggregate vs individual choices and behavior is apparent in the opposite, as well... with some being willful and reckless in abuse of power, and others being patient, yet insistent in seeking justice in power.

By their fruits ye shall know them.

Give a solid citizen a firearm... and you might see an increase in hunting, or in target practice, but you don’t expect that to lead immediately to an outbreak of violence at the individual or aggregate level ?

Give an amoral criminal a firearm... and at the individual level you should expect to see a sudden rash of armed robberies, random shootings, and a spike in murders ?

Give an amoral criminal organization the same sort of capacities and latitude... and... you will see what we saw this summer... even while the FBI insisted upon the fiction that “white supremacy” was a mortal threat to the nation... while cities being burned to the ground... didn’t matter ?

Note, nothing has been done, yet, even now, to constrain the violence of the left wing militias ?

So, the issue: how is it that government is deliberately enabling and not resisting the imposition of violence by the militia formed as minions of the criminal and amoral left ?

The left have already deployed and unleashed that militia...

The right have instead maintained fire discipline...

Nothing apparent in the result thus far is predictive of the outcome, were the politicians to be stupid enough to forcibly remand the decision to the people... for resolution outside the legal, Constitutional, elective and representative processes. However, they are right now seeking to “win power” by cheating in elections in order to co-opt the legitimacy of that set of processes ?

The outcome isn’t certain... but the die is being cast in the subversion of the legitimacy that, thus far, still operates to prevent the right from asking its militia to take the field. But, the politicians ARE THAT STUPID... and they ARE proceeding in the attempt to take power and impose control through fraud...

The Supreme Court, ignoring that circumstance, has moved us vastly closer to realizing that need for the decision of the people to be enforced by the people directly...

However... the clear and unfettered enabling of the militia on the left... paired with the refusal of the government to constrain it... should suggest something about the origins and the nature of the issues that any remand for a direct response by the people would need to address...

“The government” has already taken sides, with the left, against the people and against the Constitution... including by enabling that violence against them... and they have done that in spite of the legitimately elected representation not being aligned in any way that should allow enabling that ?

The legislative check on the abuses of executive power has failed... allowing the executive power to be abused in fostering the violence. The legislative check on executive abuses of power, now seen failing to check the corrupting of the law governing elections, while it is under attack... The same problem is apparent in the inability of the Chief Executive to check the rogue powers operating as “the government,” but outside of Constitutional constraint, within his own department...

Clearly, that includes the DOJ, the FBI, and the CIA, at the least... all now proven as failing in their duties, and violating their oaths. But, the problem set is not constrained by the governmental organizational charts ?

The Supreme Court, in refusing to validate the plenary power of legislatures, by failing in insisting the law must be followed... appears it intends to provide a green light to that un-elected usurping power, intending to provide it with a sleight of hand enabling a veneer of legitimacy ? But, in having been forced to do that... have also been exposed in validating that blatant election fraud that clearly is intended to elect that power ?

A proper response... will not see the emergence of armed clashes in the street between militias of the left, and militias of the right... with the government protecting the left.

Rather, a proper response would pit the militia against the source of the problems, rather than its local expression... to seek the isolation of the problem at its source, while restoring legislative power to the legislatures, and the full and proper power of the Executive to the Chief Executive, by removing it from the rogue operators who are now refusing to adhere to both the Constitutional limits to their power, and the requirement that our elected officials control and direct that power.

I’m not advocating that we should be put in that position... but that we should not... And, not advocating that we should be quick to act, rather than patiently seek to enable the system in working properly... while advocating that those in government should do their duty, respect the law and the Constitution, follow their oaths, and the orders of those we elect to issue them... which are the only legitimate orders.

Legitimate power, and legitimate orders, do not proceed from fraudulent elections.

The state legislatures must do their duty, hold executive officers accountable, prevent them succeeding in subverting the law, and do that by any means required. Proving the frauds in hearings... must proceed to actions to prevent them succeeding, while imposing constraints and penalties on the executive and judicial miscreants usurping their power.
