Two equally stupid arguments:
1. The Electors Clause Provides No Basis To Second-Guess State Courts And Local Actors In Their Interpretation Of State Law
1. States’ Common-Sense Measures Taken In Response To The Coronavirus Pandemic Did Not Introduce Widespread Fraud
Boils down to claiming:
1. The Constitution provides no basis for the Supreme Court to require anyone to comply with the Constitution.
2. There is no evidence fraud occurred... and no reason to believe that facilitating fraud ever enables fraud.
Why are Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and Michigan Judge Kevin Elsenheimer trying to prevent the public from seeing the results of an audit of a Dominion voting machine that was used in their state’s election?
