No, that would be just the point of this. If a state claims they had 1,000,000 mail-ins, with 800,000 for Bidet, but the USPS can only come up with pics for 500,000 then where did the others come from? Also, how did 5,000 ballots get mailed from the same post office in an hour? That kind of stuff.
Suggested? It has already been done— extensively by the CISA division agency of DHS. The USPS, partnered in law enforcement for protection of critical US infrastructure, namely the National Elections security. We will learn shortly how massive the database of photographed and fully tracked ballots has been accomplished.

Wondering if FReepers her do not remember or not understand all the UPROAR in mid summer/August. The harassing the June 15th newly arrived USPS Executive Director Louis DeJoy(camping out at his home in Greensboro, NC harrassing him and his family) with Pelosi and other crazed outraged leftists bitching about the removal of postal boxes and huge sorting machines (which began in and continued throughout the entire obamaumao administration, they conveniently overlooked)
REAL reason they raised all this ruckus? Because they used COVID 19 reason overpreaching the positive rates to make it more deadly than it ever was to push the mail ballot in states that NEVER have voted by mail (except absentee) sooo everyone “to be safe” should vote by mail.
At the precise moments the “mail in ballots” were being “mailed” hither and yon, Pelosi et al learned from the internal unions at USPS (sorters, counter people and probably the carriers— each with a separate union) that the ballots were ALL (ALL!) Mail Covered and the photo data supplied to CISA whose responsibility is the security of national elections (with high tech means of their own) All of a sudden, right in the middle of mail ballots and early voting they tried to reverse course— nooo, vote early. Too Late. And then they stopped counting from the overwhelming Trump victories, and called out for the harvested ballots, supplied after hours from their manufactured voting (no down ballot votes) warehouses and “harvester”. Enjoy

Exactly. None of them were mailed. These things come in hand-stamped with a Nov 3 postmark, but there is no photo record of hundreds of thousands of these supposedly "mailed" ballots.
If they were never in the USPS system they were not mailed. Fraud easily exoposed.
