It merely needs to be followed to the letter.
Republican state legislators elect Republican electors.
Republican Congress (one vote per state, so Republican majority) accept the Republican electors.
Trump/Pence is re-elected.
Game, set, match.
Easy, peasy.
This process was stress tested in the real world in the Election of 1876.
