i was seeing what seem to my recollection to be comparatively high voting rates in different random counties that i was monitoring in arizona.

at the moment, it is making me question what constitutes a normal voting rate...

WRT “normal” voting rates, this year is probably not within any normal range. Voting rates are higher, but should be almost universally higher pretty much across the board. Where there are “anomalies,” one’s suspicion should be aroused...especially if all of them end up favoring one candidate or party.
