I am glad we canned Fox Chicom Lefty news ten years ago.
Easy on Fox’s on air talent like Greg, Tucker, etc. They signed contracts, are paid well, and owe a duty of loyalty to their employer. It sucks for us but is is the way it goes and how it should be. If they don’t like it, they can leave. Maybe they will.
Having said that, we owe Fox no such obligation. We don’t have to watch them. We don’t have to support Fox. The proper thing to say to Tucker et. al is that while we may love them, we simply can’t give our advertising views to them. We cannot allow Fox to use what is a growing token conservative presence to prop up this kind of crap.
Interesting thing here is that the other networks have an entertainment or other business arm to prop up/subsidize their news money losers. Fox has no such crutch. They sold that to Disney. Once their news tanks, that is it.
Power abhors a vacuum. Especially the power of the market. That is why OANN and Newsmax will now thrive and replace Fox. I had no idea that there were alternatives until Trump came along and Fox lost me. It took a freeper to point out these alternatives.
I have spread the word, especially after this election. I have converted 18 so far from Fox. Let’s all do it. This isn’t like trying to convert liberals. Fox’s audience is us. We speak to us and can end that network in a month. And when we hit their revenues, they won’t be able to afford Hannity or Tucker and they will leave for greener pastures of a network that does enjoy the ad revenues that we bring in.
Final thought here, funny how the left cut off the head of the Fox hydra only to have two grow in its place.
