My take?
I don’t think so. If Sidney Powell and others are correct, it would indicate the vote manipulation tools were in play there to turn red votes into blue ones.
But the landslide was so big, the % shift wasn’t enough, so the counting was stopped while they thought they could still “fix” it with “found” ballots.
That’s where I’m hoping NCSWIC comes in. If our side is as smart as I
hope they are, the bad guys have been fed specially marked ballots to play with, for just one potential ploy among what should prove to be many...

What would be even better than catching them would be if they were able to capture what the original votes should have been, i.e. at the precinct level.
