as a postage stamp collector when young i knew watermarks were on old us postage stamps etc..there is a liquid you can put a stamp into and it will show the watermark if it has one..watermark -liquid lol
I found this link about the 12 state National Guard deployment and posted it in the previous thread. It list the 12 states that activated the Guard and what many of the states would have the troops engaged in. Several list cyber security as one of their responsibilities, including Pennsylvania.
