THe best gist I can come up with is getting the perp to lie about his crime/s before showing him the evidence, which verifies that he did the crime/s and on top of it, lied. And last I saw, Wictor’s youtubes are still up.

Eliminate all paths to "Plausible Deniability".
Basically, get the perps -- on the record -- to "own the narrative". (i.e., "There was no vote fraud -- and we won!") -- and --ONLY THEN -- "swing the hammer".
Analogous strategy: "Let the shoplifter leave the store with the loot (proof of theft) before you arrest him."
