I think when case/s get to SCOTUS, it may be One Humougous case, and the evidence from DHS/NCSTWIC will be a D5 avalanche. There is also precedent for nullification of election. Maybe considered outlier, but it is a possibility.
Why would we need to nullify the election if illegal ballot are thrown out, I doubt Biden would be near ahead.
