The watermark ballot can end this thing, would have been smart and easy to create, was legal, protects national security, upholds the Constitution and holds the Republic together regardless of all election outcomes.

WATERMARKED BALLOTS will only tell you if the ballots were made on official paper...lots of fraudulent ballot were obtained officially (but fraudulently) and would be watermarked..mail in ballots need better security and safeguards dead people stolen ballots thousands printed off by election workers..etc
