But the States have some Constitutional protections as well, so I do not think the outcome is a foregone conclusion, even when the Trump team provides overwhelming evidence of fraud. They’re going to need persuasive legal arguments as well.

Hope a legal beagle will chime in, but I don’t see that it is possible for a state to have rampant election fraud which is a serious federal crime and have any rights to not have legal intervention. I don’t see any Constitution protection to allow the committing of federal crimes.
