Well, he is a genius. In another vid he explained his FBI interrogation. He had to prove he was not mentally ill, he showed them his med list. Some of them where for anxiety and rage issues. So to me that explains the strange pauses he makes. But other than that he is quite lucid and very brilliant.

Good news is damned slow in coming, Action is delayed until Monday and Q is “on the move”, so one little freak out is not unreasonable.
Like chasing an inner tube in a tide, and the straining for it just pushes it more out of reach. That happened once. I never forgot the feeling of watching it.
