Does Firefox still allow Google to be the default browser? I quit them not knowing how to change it at that time. Still might not know how.

You can set Firefox to use DuckDuckGo.

Right click and turn on the menu. Then go to Tools->Options->Search

I just change that in tools. I delete go ogle and replace with other search engines.

You can change the default browser on Firefox or Waterfox (a variant I like).
Mine is DDG.
