It is the Red Castle on the link in post 1019 that jumped off the page at me. Q proof.

That Red Castle is a symbol of the Army Corps of Engineers.

I understand that. I would think they would be involved in this, not just contructing bridges and roads. The Red Castle logo is prominently displayed on this firm's webpage who designed the conversion of a building into a SCIF.

My point is that Q's references to Red Castle may not be limited solely to our perceived responsibilities of the Army Corps of Engineers.

CROFT and its design teammates conducted a facility investigation, design charrette, full architectural/engineering design, specifications, and RFP preparation to support the conversion of a conventional administrative building into a Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) Command Center for US Army Intellegence and Security Command at Fort Gordon, GA. The project included facility assessment, cost estimating, HVAC system retrofit, electrical, fire protection, lighting, doors, floors, walls, interior and exterior finish modifications, sound control, anti-terrorism force protection measures, and electronic communications protection. The raised floor facility included a SCIF conference room, controls room, and state-of-the-art video conferencing capabilities.
