The Dominion software which caused all the “glitches” in voter counts is called Democracy 5.5.
According to Thomas Wictor, (and what Q has hinted) there have been hundreds of military intelligence operators (with all sorts of tech aids) embedded in all those rogue vote-handling organizations.
My guess is that some of the Q team has been in that mix -- while "the Q silence" is continuing.
