560 votes swapped, which really meant to the victor went a spread change of twice that (1120 vote total change).

Just wow! Even though this is from the 2019 governor's election in Kentucky, it demonstrates what an happen with computer programming for elections.

The visual image on CNN, of all places, clearly shows that, in the split second when the official count went UP 560 votes for the Dem, the count for the R candidate went DOWN 560 votes. Of course the images fly by so fast on TV and focus is easier on the percentages, not the raw vote six-digit numbers, most people would never notice.

I wonder how many times this happened across the country ? Or if it was ever corrected in KY?
