I'm working on a pivot table now with this data. I'm not disputing he's dead. He's obviously dead. I just think we need to find a better sort of verification of his death to go with it. Like an obit that ties him to the address the ballot was mailed to. Or something like that.
I look at it as if I were going into court. Saying "your honor, he is 118 years old, he couldn't have voted" isn't as good as saying "your honor, he is 118 years old, here is his registered residence, and here is his obituary where it has his same residence and proves that he died in the year XXXX"
