Teach me how to do that. Thank you.
When you visit the pastebin link:
[Presently] you are going to see some words of caution:
“Warning - Potentially offensive content ahead!”
Look for the button that says:
“Ok, show me the paste”
and click on that button.
The pastebin webpage will then produce a window showing the data.
In this case - 14,550 Michigan registered voters who are 100 years old (or older) - you can scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and find:
“HELEN,RICHARDSON,1911,48098”
who is the 14,550 th recorded data point/set. Her name (First, Last), year of birth, and USPS mailing zip code.
Down the same webpage, after her info, is a webpage section entitled:
RAW Paste Data
The same 14,550 data collection in toto, is within the accompanying box/frame of the webpage.
You can copy that data.
Select any bit of that data in that box, and then choose Select All (some users Right-Click with their mouse).
Do your usual Copy and Paste routine, placing the copied data into your computer’s text editor program’s window.
For Windows OS, I recommend EditPad Lite (free, for personal use):
https://www.editpadlite.com/m/index.html?wlr=1
For Mac OS, BBedit/TextWrangler:
http://www.barebones.com/support/new-os.html
I suggest those text editors, because they plainly number the lines/rows of your text -— and that is handy in this data case.
Correction. The total is 14,549 individuals, NOT 14,550.
