"My friend NSA whistleblower @bill_binney on the idea of a "glitch" in the software:"
"Those are programmed into the software. It's doing exactly what it's supposed to... If only certain things are selected, picked, and changed -- that's intentional" Bug in software was "designed"
Now: My diggings.

Down the rabbit hole: Lets look at the top of this:
Stephen D. Owens - Managing Director
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Owens worked at Lehman Brothers in their New York and Hong Kong offices where he principally focused on merchant banking and M&A transactions. Edu: Harvard/Emory
Hootan Yaghoobzadeh - Managing Director Prior to founding Staple Street Capital, Mr. Yaghoobzadeh was a Senior Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management
Edu: Harvard/Cornell
Jeffrey D. Hyslop - Managing Director - Mr. Hyslop was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management
These last two came from Cerebus Capital Management
Who owns Cerebus?
Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. is an American private equity firm, specializing in distressed investing. The firm is based in New York City, and run by Steve Feinberg, who co-founded Cerberus in 1992 with William L. Richter, who serves as a senior managing director.
Stephen Andrew Feinberg (born March 29, 1960) is an American businessman and investor, who is active in hedge fund management and private equity. He is known for turning around struggling businesses and making them profitable. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Cerberus Capital Management. As of March 2019, his net worth is US$1.5 billion.
In 2017 Cerberus also owned DynCorp, which is a major national security contractor with the US government, charging billions for overseas military and police training. On May 11, 2018, U.S. President Donald Trump named Feinberg to head the President's Intelligence Advisory Board. Edu: Princeton
Cerberus is named after the mythological three-headed dog that guarded the gates of Hades. Feinberg has stated that while the Cerberus name seemed like a good idea at the time, he later regretted naming the company after the mythological dog.
Dan Quayle, former Vice President of the United States 19891993, who served under President George H. W. Bush, joined Cerberus in 1999 and is chairman of the company's Global Investments Division.
In 2006, the firm hired States Secretary of the Treasury John Snow, who serves as a chairman of Cerberus.
In 2007, Feinberg told Cerberus shareholders, "If anyone at Cerberus has his picture in the paper and a picture of his apartment, we will do more than fire that person. We will kill him. The jail sentence will be worth it."
Repeated from above: On May 11, 2018, U.S. President Donald Trump named Feinberg to head the President's Intelligence Advisory Board.
I would have to hope that he is not a Never Trumper. But those Ivy Leaguers are generally Deep State. I'm sure there is a much bigger rabbit hole here but that is a start.
Addendum: John William Snow (born August 2, 1939) is the former CEO of CSX Corporation, and served as the 73rd United States Secretary of the Treasury under U.S. President George W. Bush.
