No it clearly isn't, it is using a historical picture of real men (they actually have names) John Bradley, Rene Gagnon, Ira Hayes, Harlon Block, Michael Strank and Franklin Sousley. Put some anti-American press logo on them. Removed the American flag and inserted a POS in its place. Those men are dead, and this is as disgraceful as the Dems voting dead people who never would have voted for these criminals. You could have got the same effect by making a cartoon like the one down thread.
