1) Dominion Election Software - could be a source for ANOMALY - meaning the system within itself.
2) HAMMER + SCORECARD - external systems used to penetrate and/or override the election systems.
I’m suspicious of both possibly being used individually or in tandem or one with or on top of another across numerous states. TBD + WWG1WGA :)

I agree; all falls into the TBD category. HOWEVER it is indicative of a failure point in and/or between systems and one that is inexplicable in light of standard testing + Q/A procedures.

If the “glitch” is repeated in many other jurisdictions, changing votes only in favor of Biden, then I would say that it’s a deliberate manipulation, whether cooked into the software, or if it was done through clandestine external forces.
+1. True random glitches would even out over both candidates. If not, it’s a pattern. And that’s fraud.
You’re essentially saying that the popular vote rules the day among the ruling class and (we should accept that they will get their way)(?).
I hope they don’t, and their minions fall out in violent anarchy to be herd thinned by patriots so they are crippled for several generations politically and genetically.
In one of the chapters of Guy Odems book “America’s Man on Horseback, (a fable?) (IIRC), he makes an argument for amending the constitution to temporarily or permanently allow bills of attainder for political criminals. That’s a pretty strong stretch for me liberty wise, but there are a few families that really, really, really need to work at convenience stores or stare at the ass of a horse pulling a plow all day for about 10 generations...

the more I think about it, I’m sure that’s what it means.
I’m not good at math to calculate the probabilities those letters are used in that order.
Assuming only ten letters of the alphabet are commonly used, probabilities of the letters NCSWIC would be 10^6. That is probabilities of one in One Million.
That has to be what Q has been referring to.
Wild theory time.....
Trump mentioned, back in June or July, foreign entities printing ballots to meddle with our election. Democrat’s counter move - manipulate software and the usual big city ballot stuffing processes, dumping military votes, etc, thinking it would be enough.
Trump up big election night, so they pull out those foreign, pre-completed ballots (with voters for President only) and dump them at 4 AM when nobody’s watching. presto, an instant jump in the Biden vote and a lead in several important states.
My take - the democrats thought that their usual fraud would be enough, but because they underestimated Trump’s popularity, they had to make an emergency ballot dump to make it close in several states.
They didn’t want to use the foreign ballots because Trump mentioned them so they knew he was on to that scheme. But they were backed into a corner.
In the meantime, the forensic folks in the national guards of several states (12, I think) were looking into the computer-based fraud along with other methods of cheating and, well, We Have It All!
