Barnes lays out some good strategies the Trump team should follow about how to fight this.
In court they can make their case by pointing out how strange it is that turnout went from low to absolutely massive in these precincts even though similar precincts in other cities (Black in this case) did not. Point out that people noticed Black voter turnout was low and there were few people in line so when did these people all vote? Point out that they turned out at a higher rate for Joe Biden than they did for Barak Obama????
In addition to the above, all the historical indicators of election fraud were there - district dominated by one party, turned in results late, suspiciously stopped the count, told the observers to go home then started up the counting again, kicked observers out and even blocked the windows, etc.
BUT
A legal strategy is not enough. You need a public relations strategy too.
Everybody can get the voter file. Get it and cross reference it with people who moved away, people who died, etc. If the computer spits out any ballots from voters who moved away from the area a while ago and those who show up in the obituaries for the last few years, point out these egregious examples of what can only be obvious fraud.
(the Gateway Pundit’s example of 7 voters who are older the oldest living human having voted in Michigan yesterday are a great example). This gets the public’s attention in a way that raw numbers would not.
What will get folks attention is 50,000 armed people having a mostly peaceful post election rally.
Should have anticipated the fraud and strike preventabely.
I have followed Barnes for awhile. He came on my radar when Viva added him on Sundays. It was sad that I found more relevant analysis & commentary watching a Montreal, Quebec, lawyer than in the American media.
