Happened with Virginia too...

Yes it did, though I have no evidence other than my memory. I was carefully watching Virginia and when there was about 50 precincts out of about 2500 left, there was a swing out about 250,000 votes for Biden. Trump had a lead of about 85,000 votes, and suddenly the lead was gone.

20 minutes or so prior to that, I browsed all of the remaining counties with outstanding precincts. Only one remaining county had a large population, I think Alexandria, and I think 54 of 55 precincts had reported - leaving only 1. All the other counties with remaining preciencts where small and/or heavinly in favor of Trump. There was no explaination as to where that massive swing came from.

It would be interesting if someone had a time-based table that could isololate the source for those votes.
