They want to push for no one to declare a winner until every vote is counted - which is stupid. If, for example, there are not enough votes remaining uncounted to make a difference in the outcome of the election, they still want to assert that Social Media and the MSM cannot declare a victor. By this I assume they mean Social Media and MSM will actively work to ban all discussion and further, to de-legitimatize the obvious winner.
On page 10 of 38 pages, they call for "physically protecting" the votes from ....federal agents...
Their plans for "Leaderful" action sounds like hopium in that it includes the reminder that, technically leaderless, they need to be "tolerant" of other's efforts in the same field of action (too many chefs in the kitchen). Their people had a hard time agreeing on which thugs control which "protest" corner in riot zones. Ah well, this is all cover for handlers (i.e., meant to conceal the man behind the curtain)
