Ugh. The one good thing is, Kelly Loeffler will pick up most if not all of the votes that went to Doug Collins:
Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Democrat Raphael Warnock will compete for a Georgia Senate seat in a runoff election on January 5.
Neither candidate is positioned to secure more than 50% of the vote in November 3’s jungle special election, where candidates of all parties run on the same ballot.
Loeffler’s other main challenger, Republican Rep. Doug Collins, conceded the election via Twitter at around 10:30 p.m. ET.
Regarding the special Senate election in GA:
Loeffler will add with luck most of the 776,772 votes that went to Doug Collins to her 974,240 to easily trounce the Democrat.
