The reason NC is not being called is because they are waiting to see what happens in AZ. If Trump takes AZ then the DEMs produce new ballots in NC. That is their plan.

I believe N.C. is subject to similar SCOTUS appeals as PA ... basically illegal and unconstitutional changing of the election laws.
If we can win AZ, then the action may soon go to SCOTUS.
