Article at the link fails to say what the context was (if the tweet was taken out of context...). Great reporting....

Unless the context was “I’d never say...” it’s not hard to figure out what she means.

If she had used the word “unrest” instead of “riot” everything would be fine.

I think I pretty well get the “context”.

An Allegheny County council member is defending a recent tweet, claiming it is being taken out of context ... a tweet from Bethany Hallam, who is a council member at-large and a member of the Allegheny County Board of Elections. The tweet read, "Never burned a police car myself, but (expletive) yeah lets riot against fascism."I'll translate that anarchist Democrat-speak for everyone:
Bethany Hallam (Allegheny County Board of Elections): "... F*** yeah let's riot against [Trump who we idiotically claim promotes] fascism."
Extremely severe case of TDS throughout the country, turning average, ordinary suburban young white women into psychotic anarchists.

It’s illegal to incite a riot in Pennsylvania. If a “peaceful protest” happens she should be the first one arrested and jailed.
