I don’t remember the Michigan Legislature negotiating this, making a Bill, approving it in both houses and submitted for signature like the MI Supreme Court ordered. This is not a law, just a royal edict.
If I recall right, the MI Supreme Court did say that the Gov’s emergency edicts were in violation of MI law thus unconstitutional but allowed her to continue for 30 days. Idiots.
