It was pretty clear that he was not paying attention and looking the wrong way when he drifted across the line and into the black pickup. The guy then blamed the truck for his own negligence!

I thought I saw that he had his right turn signal on when he tried to merge into the side of the pickup truck. The turn signal only shows intent - it doesn't guarantee right of way. He thought he was going to ram his way in and Mr. F-250 said "no way, Jose"!

One of the views I saw, the white car drifted out from behind the bus, and then the truck pulled into the space it had vacated and the driver either didn’t notice or didn’t like it and drifted back to the right and contacted the truck. Then it started to push the truck to the right, and the truck firmly counteracted that move and forced the white car back into its own lane. Wow what an incredibly dangerous situation with all that traffic.
