If invoked, no permission from Governor required, AND can federalize that state's NG to handle issue.

Thanks for the sauce link Xone. I sincerely hope military are active and ready today to walk into polling places tomorrow because I would sincerely like them to be in 50 states not 12. This is not me having any doubt whatsoever in President Trump. Or my God. It is just me being a human.

I am buckled up. Prayed up. Will be fasting and praying to ride this out. Going to cast my vote tomorrow with hubby and his mama at our local poll. Weather forecast here at 7AM tomorrow is sunny and 48.

God Bless America
God Bless all FreeQs
And God Bless President Donald J. Trump

Unless it is one of the 12 states, the only military will be guys voting. I think excluding the active mil from domestic LE except under extraordinary circumstances is good policy, people that hope for martial law haven't really thought it all out. It is better IMO that they be used to restore order, take out the Orcs, and then hopefully the residents can see what the Left has doing and exercise some civic vigilance to ensure they are kept from power. Martial law is a heavy fist that lays evenly on the whole population. Which is why lefties who organize the activities and fund them but aren't 'in the streets' like martial law. Increases the recruiting base for them, but it would remain to be seen in American society where freedom is a companion whether that idea is workable.
