I never get that charisma thing people talk about.
for me, the more “up” they get, the more they make my skin crawl. I don’t know how to describe it accurately but it’s like a psychic miasma is pouring off them and through the air waves and causing physical revulsion in me.
Trying to listen to them for more than a minute or so at a time gets very uncomfortable on a physical level, not just the outrage sparked by their lies and distortions.
perhaps the line between genius and psycho gets a little blurry at times.
