#177 20 years ago hunting in northern Saskatchewan in two foot of snow and 10 below zero, I had one walk within 40 ft of me sitting in a brush blind. When he saw me he sat down and just watched for a few minutes then stood up and proudly walked away. It was close enough I could see the black hairs that came to a tip on his ears.
The thing that stuck out was how big his paws appeared with all the fur on them. Like lil snow shoes
