Prior to 01/01/2018 Repubs were prohibited from having poll watchers...36 year consent decree.
The consent decree wasn’t renewed and it took the Repubs a while to get the hang of it as they got snookered in the 2018 mid-terms via “harvesting”.
Looks like they are getting a little better at it.
