Agreed. We should never let socialist/fascist people into power again. It didn't work out too well in Germany in the 1930s, or in Russia/Soviet Union for the back half of the 20th century. When socialists/fascists get in power people die, by the double-digit millions.

The problem is, these bad ideas and lust for power and control over fellow humans will never go away. We freedom and liberty loving types are destined to battle them forever. They will always have their siren song of how good and idealistic socialism and socialist policies sound... The gotcha is they don't work, and they need to resort to brutal fascist level tactics to enforce them.

I think evil will always be around. We just can’t get complacent like after Hitler we got complacent. Evil works in many sectors, and I even think it gives itself away. However, US is free and we get so comfortable which allows evil to enter our culture.

Just pray that there will always be a sector of Americans who value goodness, freedom, and our Constitution...and these Americans are willing to fight...and we have a leader like Trump or Churchill or etc.
