No, I think Stirner is right. They see Trump as New Money, and the Left is the most class-conscious group of snobs in the world. Think of how they love celebrities and European royalty. This is a class issue, and even the poorest Leftwing journalist sees himself as the psychological heir of the Old Money gentility/American aristocracy of the entrenched political class.
