He may see a higher percentage of black votes than 2016 but more importantly they are not motivated to show up at the polls to vote for a 77 year old white man they cannot relate to. I am always happy to see any group that votes 80 to 90% against a Republican candidate not show up.

many blacks unfortunately don’t like mail-in ballots (it can be complicated), plus lot of rejections.
The fairly good news is almost all pollsters are talking about Trump getting 12%-15% of the black vote in 2020 as opposed to the 8% he got in 2016.

As bad as Democrats have treated blacks for the last 50 years I’m surprised how many still support them. Probably because the Dems give them enough free stuff to keep them on the plantation.
